Ninety days to answer one question: what does it cost Hibco to put a real opportunity in front of a rep? The system builds the measurement, the demand engine, and the sales tools that produce that number, then hands all of it over. Nothing here commits Hibco past day 90.
Eight workstreams across 90 days. Open any one to see exactly what Hibco receives.
Three payments of $12,450, billed monthly. Fixed. The only variable is scope Hibco adds.
A qualified opportunity means a named account that has requested a quote, a sample, or a swatch card, or has booked a technical call. Nothing softer is counted.
Full Program. Everything running.
All of it, whether or not the engagement continues. There is no ongoing outbound or list building fee.
Neither is committed here. Both are priced so the decision can be made on numbers rather than a fresh quote.
Up to 25 pages, content researched and written, architecture and keyword map included. Earns its place when traffic is landing on pages that cannot convert it.
The material calculator, additional funnels, and nurture sequences beyond the swatch funnel. Earns its place when the swatch funnel is producing and a second offer is worth building.
The Lead Launch System is a fixed price of $37,350, billed in three monthly payments of $12,450. Monthly services after day 90 are month to month with 30 days' notice for changes or cancellation.
The 90 days depend on consolidated feedback: one review window per deliverable, with turnaround from Hibco within 3 business days. Approval delays extend dates rather than pricing.
The outbound program depends on rep participation: 3 to 4 hours per week per rep, two working sessions during the build, and a semi-monthly working session held on the calendar. Reply speed is the largest single factor in the day 90 result; targets assume replies are worked within four hours on business days.
Search results inside 90 days are reported as direction against baseline. No ranking position is promised within the window. Target markets are chosen with Keith and the reps in week one and can be changed at any review.
Third-party prospecting and sequencing tools, which may include Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, carry their own subscription costs. These are billed directly to Hibco by the providers and are not included in the fees above. Spartan specifies and configures the tools; Hibco holds the accounts and the data.
Ad spend, where a paid channel is added later, is billed directly to Hibco by the platforms. Management fees cover creative, copy, targeting, and reporting.
