Ninety days to answer one question: what does it cost Hibco to put a real opportunity in front of a rep?
The investment has two parts. The Launch Build is the system itself, built once, owned by Hibco, finished at day 90. It never bills again. The Monthly Program is the work that keeps running, at a level Hibco sets and can change at any month boundary.
The first ninety days cost more because the build is happening. Then the build ends.
Measurement, the homepage, the funnel, the outbound machine, the page generator, and the sales library. Built once, owned by Hibco, finished at day 90.
Three installments of $8,583. Does not renew.
Strategy, search, reporting, and collateral. Begins month one, month to month, changeable at any month boundary with 30 days' notice.
Foundation during the build. Nothing locks.
Six workstreams across 90 days. Owned by Hibco whether or not the monthly program continues. Open any row to see exactly what is delivered.
Three monthly installments of $8,583. It ends at day 90 and does not renew.
Months one to three run at Foundation while the build is happening. From month four the level is Hibco's call, decided at the day 90 review. Spartan Core and SEO are the base. Every service is the same rate whether bought alone or in a package.
Growth. Recommended from month four, once the baseline, the keyword map, and a measured cost per opportunity all exist.
Foundation for the first ninety days, because content and paid search aimed at a keyword map still being drawn is money spent guessing. Sales collateral is not carried monthly during the build either, since the Launch Build is already producing the library. Growth from month four, once a baseline, a finished keyword map, and a measured price per opportunity all exist.
| Launch Build | Monthly Program | Total | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Month 1 | $8,583 | Foundation · $4,000 | $12,583 |
| Month 2 | $8,583 | Foundation · $4,000 | $12,583 |
| Month 3 | $8,583 | Foundation · $4,000 | $12,583 |
| Total through day 90 | $25,749 | Foundation · $12,000 | $37,749 |
| Month 4 onward | — | Growth · $9,650 | $9,650 |
The build clears exactly as the monthly steps up, so there is no month in which Hibco carries both at full weight. The move to Growth is a decision made at the day 90 review, not an automatic escalation. Month four above reflects Growth, the recommended step. Change the package builder to see any other level.
A qualified opportunity means a named account that has requested a quote, a sample, or a swatch card, or has booked a technical call. Nothing softer is counted.
All of it, whether or not the monthly program continues. There is no ongoing outbound or list building fee. After day 90 the reps run the system.
Neither is committed here. Both are priced so the decision can be made on numbers rather than a fresh quote.
Up to 25 pages, content researched and written, architecture and keyword map included. This should begin once we have a baseline and have done proper discovery of the best ways to use the website.
The material calculator, additional funnels, and nurture sequences beyond the swatch funnel.
The Launch Build is a fixed price of $25,749, billed in three monthly installments of $8,583. It concludes at day 90 and does not renew.
The Monthly Program begins in month one at Foundation. It is month-to-month with 30 days' notice for changes or cancellation, and can be moved up, moved down, or stopped at any month boundary. The move to Growth at month four is recommended and priced here, but is decided at the day 90 review. Nothing begins automatically.
The 90 days depend on consolidated feedback: one review window per deliverable and turnaround from Hibco within 3 business days. Approval delays extend dates rather than pricing.
Hibco supplies in week one: customer and prospect records, an inventory of what Hibco makes and what problem each part solves, certification and registration status, and access to Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, the website, and domain DNS.
The outbound program depends on rep participation: 3 to 4 hours per week per rep, two working sessions during the build, and a semi-monthly working session held on the calendar. The day 60 and day 90 targets assume that availability.
Reply speed is the largest single factor in the day 90 result. The targets assume replies are worked within four hours during business days.
¹ Third-party prospecting and sequencing tools, which may include Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, carry their own subscription costs. These are billed directly to Hibco by the providers and are not included in the fees above. Spartan specifies and configures the tools; Hibco holds the accounts and the data.
Ad spend, where a paid channel is added later, is billed directly to Hibco by the platforms. Management fees cover creative, copy, targeting, and reporting.
Search results inside 90 days are reported as direction against baseline. No ranking position is promised within the window.
Target markets are not fixed by this document. They are chosen with Keith and the reps in week one and can be changed at any review.
Rankings may dip briefly at homepage launch and recover. That risk is low given the site currently ranks almost exclusively for branded terms.
